While we train concepts that work across a whole spectrum of fitness levels, things like size, speed, strength, and the amount of time you have to stay engaged physically are all factors that can affect a self defense situation. Our fitness classes focus on building all the pieces that make your body more durable, mobile, strong, and explosive in movement, using bodyweight, kettlebells, resistance bands, medballs, as well as cardio kickboxing combos.
